Co-Create Switzerland’s First Wearable Art Collection

Bring your art beyond the gallery wall and into everyday life.

FARBKULTUR invites emerging artists in Switzerland to shape ICE MELT, a collaborative wearable art collection launching Summer 2026.

Together, we translate contemporary visual art into garments that move through the city, extending your language of material, color and form into textile and motion.

You get full credit. Your name and story are featured on our social channels, at our community events and on every piece. And yes, of course you are also compensated fairly.

Submission Guidelines
Who can apply?

Emerging artists based in Switzerland are especially encouraged to apply.

The open call is open to artists of all genders, nationalities and cultural backgrounds.

There is no application fee. Selected artists receive a revenue share for each piece sold.
Why should you apply?

We are committed to creating a collaboration built on respect and transparency. Your artistic voice leads the process, we support it with fair compensation, professional production and meaningful visibility so your work can move beyond the studio and into the world.
What type of art?

For this collection, we are particularly interested in works that explore materiality, transformation and conceptual approaches to color and form, while remaining open to any visual art medium or style:

Eligible works must be original, created by the applying artist and translatable into wearable form.
How to apply?

Complete the application form below. You’ll be asked to provide your name, email, Instagram, optional portfolio link, and a short artist statement.

The application takes about 5 minutes to complete.
What is the deadline?

The submission deadline is March 23rd, 2026. Applications submitted after this date will not be considered.

Selected artists will be contacted by the end of March, with the co-creation process beginning in April 2026 and the collection launching in Summer 2026.

Each piece is developed in close collaboration (from first concept to final launch) ensuring your work is translated into wearable art with integrity.

Fair Compensation

Artists receive 10% of the retail price for every item sold (e.g. CHF 100 piece = CHF 10 per sale).

There are no upfront costs. We finance development, sampling, production, and distribution, making this a shared-success model without financial risk to you.
